• 2 qualities: Light or rosé-colored meat
• Viennese breading with real whole egg
• Available in 4 kg cartons in different calibrations (80 - 220 g)

On 12.11.2025, our Managing Director, Ms. Ingrid Schöppl-Stritzinger, was awarded the Golden Medal of Honor of the Republic of Austria. We would like to congratulate her on this prestigious award and are delighted that her many years of commitment have been recognized - both for our company and for numerous economic projects in the Chamber of Commerce.
